No AP? Are you even looking at the build? It's 300 ap when you get to the DeathFire Grasp from items alone.... Deathfire at 40% does 600-800 damage to a 2000 hp carry.

You will have 3 times the AP with what? 4 Deathcaps? Please... I will be dealing more damage to one target than you even after you finish 2 of them. Why you think I tell you to target tanks? Because you can usually rape everyone with this build during the laning/ganking phase.

I am asking for a warmogs teemo by running boots of swiftness? More like you are expecting some kind of infinity edge stacking teemo and comparing it to a build that can be finished in 15 minutes into the game...

[edit: Ok, 15 min is a bit hard to accomplish but 20 min is doable]

Awful build, i play annie a lot and have more health, 3 times as much ap, and still have 407 movement with utility masteries. annie is an ap carry, her job is to nuke and get out, all you need for that is the health to not die and the ap to make it hurt. this is one of the worst builds i have ever seen, what spells do you use. and annie should never target tanks. if played and built right she can stun multiple enemies in team fight and should instantly kill their dps carry. your build is like putting warmogs on teemo and saying well "hey team, i can fight a lot now" when he should be on the side dropping people b4 they see him. the only redeeming part of the build is magic penetration, but with no ap to actually do damage with good luck. you might as well make dps annie. -1

A 6% bonus with boots of swiftness is like having lvl 4 boots of speed. 6% of 400(310 base + 90 boots) is 24 and most boots increase from effectiveness of the previous level by 20.

It ensures you can get away in a lot of situations and especially when there are no abilities left to throw. Molten shield at 50 magic resistance helps a lot with the rest.

Annie with a void staff and Archaic Knowledge does 55% magic penetration if you need it. When I am usually over spiking heros that only have 30 magic resistance I don't really need flat magic penetration.

[edit: Annie with a void staff and Archaic Knowledge does 49% magic penetration not 55%. Still enough for me most of the time.]

I'm just saying that Move speed quints and boots of swiftness are pretty unnecessary.

Appologies about the Disintegrate, Disintegrate skill order. you can't get lvl 2 Disintegrate at lvl 2.

You need to go Disintegrate, Incinerate, Disintegrate(lvl2 Disintegrate for easier last hitting) then molten shield(for procing energyzed) and max Incinerate so you can farm and gank with Incinerate.

The way it's played, you don't play like a pentakill Annie where you are trying to get fed for a flat AP snowball victory.

You play a team game by shutting the other team down as soon as you are ready to gank so your team can win before things like pentakill Anny show up. Later you revert to one target for team fights, taking out whatever damage dealer you can drop in one combo. You don't usually have to worry about not being effective enough to do that.

The core items for this build really are the core. She doesn't need much more to do her job.

30 AP from Quints doesn't do much for an Annie that deals an extra 40% of her opponents health in damage running around where ever she is needed.

ROA DeathCap is nice but its nothing compared to Deathcap DeathFire for ganking. It's just so much more dangerous on the way up with an NLR than a Blasting wand or Catalyst.

Sorcerers shoes are a contention but I can just say that so far I have had about the same kills with Boots of Swiftness but less deaths.

I'm not an annie player myself, but if i understand correctly, you are trying to argue that Boots of Swiftness are better on a combo mage than sorcerer's shoes.

I would just like to point out that DFG into a stun based combo should never ever need movement speed.

If you can DFG, you can also stun, and then combo someone.

Unless your enemy is literally too scared of you to come into range (You've accomplished your job already at this point) you can and will dfg combo them, regardless of your movement speed.

If the problem is team fights, then you really should just be running ghost or flash in order to get into fights, instead of trying to reduce your damage output in order to get into a team fight and instantly melt that two seconds faster.

All I'm saying is, Sorcerer's Shoes are better for Annie, DFG or not.

bad build annie needs the magic pen of the sorcerer's shoes and getting her movement speed quintesseces is stupid you should get flat ap quints or ap per lvl quints
you don't need at all the phantom dancer or the trinity with annie ! you need more ap to deal even more damage !
you should also add the RoA for more survability and a rabbadon for more ap
