Veigar is Very Strong Capable of Killing a Champions so I take all AP to killing Champions Everywhere Now This is my Favorite about Veigar he is small but he is too powerful even he is low in defense I protect my Self by Using Flash Instead of Flash Since Veigar is Mana Early I use Clarity and When I heat with Ignite or high damage I pick Heal so when ready to ambush Veigar Uses Event Horizon to Escape without any further delay

I Use Runes Also a AP so that he can be powerful if your dealing with tankers or killer like anyone I use it Very Clear Enough to Enchant my Runes Before I Do Anything to Atack Enemy Champions Even you battle some AP you can buy Runes Like Magic Penetrations

Here I also use AP type Because with Runes and Masteries its great having a combinational AP Without Masteries Sometimes you will notice that Veigar AP is Low before buying dorans ring Now Before Veigar Will Spawn in the Lane Veigar must Use Masteries so that he will notice his ability will increase damage burst

Veigar Can Use All AP Even Veigar Defense is weak it is hard to go near him I Build 3 Rabadon at 1 Lick Bane for Bursting Damage to Champion And Morrello For Cooldown Reductions If your Buying Veigar Boots Try Sorcerer Boots So that It Had A Magic Penetration

Skills Are Well known to Veigar if you know his Skills I use This to Sequence I Always Win And Well known to Veigar Even it Can Similarity It that way I use Event Horizon to stun all Enemies in Ambushes and Dark Matter Deal Massive Damage And When I Have A low HP if Someone Following you use Event Horizon Next Dark Matter and balefull strike when he is low use Veigar Super SKill Primordial Burst to get a Huge Massive damage to enemy

Veigar Spell Is Worth For more Further I use Heal and Clarity I use Heal when I was Injure and Clarity Because Veigar is Mana Hungry Early I use This Spells When Someone Using Ignite
