Really feel your going to miss the boots. Also I tend to disagree with your assessment that Teemo is a hard matchup. Sure he can blind your ult but if your bursting him down more than likely he will burn it and flee. All you got to do is pursue, avoid shrooms and ult that little yordle to hell.

The blinding dart has a cooldown of 8 seconds and most players upgrade the E before Q for the farm. A early hexdrinker will solve the issue of teemo's early poison harass.

Curious what your opinion on attack speed marks, i usually go for a armor pen item second, the extra 20% as with her abilities really seem to help me get some early advantage, tried it on accident using my nocturn rune page.
