What the hell did you do just take every adc item and toss it into a build? THERE IS NO STRUCTURE TO THIS BUILD!!!! You need to have an actual purchase order. Starting items->Main build->Situational->Example Build. NOT JUST 50 ITEMS AT ONCE!

ashe has nor an escape spell, nor a CC but perma slow; now she has an AA range of 600. okay if u are looking at this matchup like "600ashe, graves 525" wtf is he talkin about. well E does grant graves a bonus of 425 range; so what is 600 range in context of graves being able to AA and burst in an area of 950 ? its 350 range u are not considering which ashe cannot close up to but to flash.

It was just a recommendation because it's a common thing to subdivide the cheat sheet like in the guide I linked in my first comment. It provides the reader a quick and visually appealing overview which is easy to understand even for people who are new to Mobafire. Many people just consider taking a look at the cheat sheet when looking for a guide because it offers the reader a brief and summarized glance.
You can display folders like "Starting Items", "Core Items", "Finishing Items", "Defensive Items", "Situational Items" and "Example Build (1, ...)" instead of just one collection of items put together. People will therfore easily experience which item you should build at which stage of the game and which of the item's compoment(s) is/ are the most important one(s).

I recommend you taking a look on this guide's cheat sheet because the author subdivided the item build into different folders to help the reader understanding what to build at which stage of the game instead of mentioning it in the notes.
You cannot max an ability at level 8 ^_^
