The thing about Diana is that you don't really need AD for her to have high dps. Your AD runes are pointless, flat armor seals are better, and I wouldn't run movement speed quints when you can just buy the red enchantment on boots. Zhonya's is just such a better decision, as your passive will give you dps using basic attacks all the same.

and every game.. EVERYtime ppl will say : omg dis diana / wt are u building? / AD diana SUX

but hybrid diana is really strong at 1v1 and shes a strong dps late game
