Introduction
I made this build from trial and error and I found it to work out best this way, he is not that hard to play you just need to know what to go into and what to run away from.
I am going to say this now and one more time in this build DON'T PUT YOUR ULT ON AP CHAMPS YOU IDIOTS.
Omen of War:
This is your burst damage. It is also the reason you can afford to max Omen of Pestilence last. Once you hit the target with this unless they are Yi or use summoner spells they are basically not going to get away.
Omen of Pestilence:
This skill has many uses and it the start to your damage rotation. You only need to keep this rank 1 for most of the game because it can do all you need it to do at rank 1. Slow the target just long enough to get your Omen of War to hit.
Use it for other thing such as drop it behind you while trying to run from a gank, you can use it early cause it lasts a few secs and will chase them and slow them when they try to pass it. Best use for it thought is using its face to check a bush instead of your own.
Omen of Famine:
This plus your Doran's Shield you should never have to leave lane till level 6 for items.
I max this second because it starts healing for nice amount and can keep you in team fights for the full duration of the fight.
Omen of Death:
This is a hard skill to time but not hard to figure out who to put it on. This ult is basically Mordekaiser ult, IT ALWAYS GOES ON YOUR AD RANGED CARRY OR MELEE. Reason, the pet will hit hard if you put it on a ad carry unlike if you were to put it on a ap anything.
The timing part is hard because if you use it at the right time you will get a strong pet and then that ad carry will come back for a few seconds.I myself normally just drop it on within the first few seconds of a team fight because the enemy team could and should focus you carries at anytime in the fight.
Skill Sequence
W->E->Q
Use the time in between you closing the gap to use both W and E then once you get the Q off use all ability's on cool down.

Greater Mark of Desolation/ Greater Quintessence of Desolation:
You need the armor pen simple as that a lot of your damage comes from auto attacks from you and your minions.
Greater Seal of Defense/ Greater Glyph of Shielding:
I love these runes you can hold a even amount of Armor and Magic Resistance. The reason i get these over flats is because the flat versions help early game these help mid/late game which is were things matter.

The set of items and order I made up top is what you will most likely go with vs any decent enemy team. There are things you can switch out if you have a preference, things to make you more tankish or do more damage but i believe i found a even build.
Doran's Blade:
You can use this if you have a support in the lane that can already heal you. It starts you out with a small damage increase nothing big but can still change how 1-6 turns out.
Infinity Edge:
People tend to like having the extra damage and critical hit over the life steal. You can do this but it is more costly for about the same affect. Your E will heal more from the extra damage but will fail to compare to the life steal from The Bloodthirster.
Sunfire Cape:
If the have a lot of ad i actually prefer to grab this over Warmog's Armor. The armor will put you 207 armor and the dot will make up for some of the lost health.
