A nice start, I'd like to see some more gameplay sections and such. Also pictures would be nice too. Once you add those, you'll have a quality guide to go with a nice tanky build. +1 :)

Thanks to Rys Aberdeen, Jhoijhoi, The_Nameless_Bard, Arcana3, and Miss Maw for the sigs!

This is a very good beginning to a potentially great guide. I have always like Jarvan IV since he was free as I feel he and Irelia have similarities between them and I love Irelia lol. However I am not going to lie it will be tough to compete with the two 91% Jarvan IV guides. To help out here are my thoughts/suggestions/concerns:

- Runes, Summoner Spells, and Masteries are perfectly fine for me. I have a question in your build though. Why do you finish Atma's Impaler so early? Without your health items it does not really do much. Personally I would skip the Negatron Cloak UNLESS YOU REALLY NEED IT. I feel that it should be situational. If I do not need it badly I would replace it with a Giant's Belt. This way when you finish Atma's Impaler you will some more health for that passive without having to wait. If you think about it you will not get to finish your build in every game you play. Therefore you should be taking advantage of what Atma's Impaler gives as early as possible.

- Your ability sequence is pretty interesting in maxing Dragon Strike and Demacian Standard at the same time. I like it.

- Consider using the Mastery Tree Planner on this website for your masteries section to spice it up a bit.

- You should explain your abilities as they appear in the game. You have a description for Demacian Standard which is his 3rd skill before Golden Aegis which is his 2nd skill.

- Some more details and viable Summoner Spell choices would be nice since that section is pretty short.

- I would not recommend substituting Atma's Impaler with Wriggle's Lantern. Wriggle's Lantern is more useful in the early-mid game phase and is used best if being out sustained early game. This is a main reason why junglers rush Wriggle's Lantern very often.

- Do a grammar and spell check as I am noticing some words misspelled or letters are missing like "use" instead of "used".

- Like I said a great start but I agree with MajorLOL's comment above me with adding more information and sections. I will be favoring this guide and will be checking back on it to see if you make any more progress. +1 from me!

^ I actually disagree. Philosopher's Stone grants Mana Regen which is a BIG problem on Jarvan IV. Also Heart of Gold gets built into Randuin's Omen which he gets later on. Since Jarvan IV has Demacian Standard for additional armor, Wriggle's Lantern should be a situational item for laning Jarvan IV. It should only really be taken if you are getting outsustained rather badly.

First off thanks for all the feedback.

Now to business...
The reason I take Atma's Impaler so early is you already have around 700 extra hp at this time in Trinity Force and Heart of Gold, enough in my mind to make it a valid choice. Honestly I can't explain how fantastically Trinity Force and Atma's Impaler really go together. Lastly, I didn't mean to state that if you take Wriggle's Lantern than don't buy Atma's Impaler. I meant for the former to be a substitute early while it can be sold late for an Atma's Impaler. I'll get around to fixing this conundrum quickly. I also take the Negatron Cloak after with armor so I'm not lacking in any specific department defensively, plus this can really lead to an angry AP carry.

One last note, I do believe double gp10 is a more effective choice than Wriggle's Lantern UNLESS you are being decimated in lane and kills and creep kills.

Well you definitely have reasons for your item build choices and when to get them. Satisfies my questions haha. Yeah the [{Wriggle's Lantern]] and Atma's Impaler conundrum is sort of mis-leading definitely fix that. I am glad you agree with me in that GP5 items are better for Jarvan IV than Wriggle's Lantern unless you are getting your butt kicked.
