Are you sure that stacking on attack speed to take advantage of silver bolts is better than going more AD ? Both tumble and Comdemn scale on AD not attack speed

AD is powerful on Vayne, however this build focuses on attack speed for a few reasons. For the first, this item build gives her a lot of DPS that benefits more from attack speed than it does from flat AD; i.e. the proc from Ionic Spark and the health shred of Kitae's Bloodrazor. The second reason is that because Vayne has such a powerful nuke every 3rd hit, in order to try and balance her, she has less starting AD than most other carries in the game. Which means that while you can stack AD, she has to stack more of it to stand toe to toe with other similar carries like Caitlyn. My 3rd reason is because the current meta and build strategy is to avoid glass cannons in order to create champions with a little bit more durability, especially in fast paced combat arenas like Dominion. So, attack speed with the Silver Bolts proc leads to bringing down these hardier champions easier than it would going against the same champions in Summoner's Rift.
As to your argument about Condemn and Tumble scaling with AD and not attack speed, this is true; however her Tumble has a scaling of .6 and her Condemn has a scaling of .5; meaning that the damage bonus from AD is rather low compared to the potential damage of an applied Silver Bolts, Ionic Spark, and Kitae's Bloodrazor proc.
