I have not tried this since a few patches myself, but as soon as I've got my pc working again I will try this and probably update the guide, if I have success with it :)

I have done this before top lane, and for my build I did manamune (because he still has mama problems) iceborn, boots (merc or tabis depending on enemy team) and hydra. Then I would build either randuins or either spirit visage (for true damage magic dealers like chogath) or banshees for obvious reasons. Then the last item was the "hardest" I was going for a ghostblade, but ill have to give the shiv a shot. I think with the shiv he would be an amazing split pusher with the extra proc on the w to take down towers (iceborn) and the waveclear from hydras, shiv, and iceborn (although you could go ghostblade for more attack speed to help take down towers) overall I think a bruiser kass would work, but it may not be the best
but it is super fun

Very interesting, I like the non-meta build, I would try Randuins instead of GA. More tanky =) +1 though I like this!
