Clearly you didnt read the actual meat of the build.. I offer flash instead of ghost for a summoner spell for people who prefer that, such as yourself.. I also mention that the giants belt is still an iffy item for this build if you want to really maximize your AP you will need to get the hourglass.. not to mention the runes I chose were my personal preference and I offered mana regen runes as a good second choice... lol thanks for coming out... FAIL

No cooldown, or mana regen runes. Ghost isn't as useful as Flash for Lux. Ghost doesn't initiate immediately, it charges up for the first second, during which time you could be raped. With Flash on the other hand, not only could you jump over walls, etc., or Flash ahead & cast Light Binding behind you, but you can also use Flash more offensively with Lux, surprising the enemy by Flashing into their face, Light Binding them, Casting Lucent, auto attacking, exploding the Lucent, auto attacking again & possibly finishing them off with your ult as they attempt to run. You sacrifice your early game, by reducing your AP in order to purchase the Giant's belt. I don't really think Lux needs a Rylai's in the first place. That will help your team by slowing the enemy & letting them get the kill yes, unless your laser is ready, but this will not help you stand out amongst your peers as being an exception Lux player. Also you did not include a Zhonya's Hourglass in your build, which is most helpful should Karthus be on the other team.

The timing is tricky sometimes. :/

The stacks do put a big target on my head, but in premades I don't have much of a problem.
The solo queues it gets a little touch, but I'm no pro.

I like it though. The AP gets through the roof!

Sexy build Shley, keep it up, also Guild Knights of Legends is amazing.

yeah that is also a good idea. I like to build my stacks early.. I usually have 10-15 stacks by about 15 mins in sometimes earlier. I am still trying to max my AP build with the new items.. so I might just end up dropping the Giant's belt all together.. we'll have to test that theory.

I would grab Tear early so late game it's maxed already.
