Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hey guys, this is my first build on this website, so please have a little patience :D
Anyways, I've been playing Teemo a lot for the past month, and I have to say he is probably one of the most overlooked characters ever. Sometimes when I'd go into a match, I'd see the enemies saying "oh look, Teemo. Free sightwards!". But in reality, Teemo is much more than just free sightwards(not to say he isn't good at that either :3) Anyways, I'll just explain the build from now on.
Flash - The main reason for flash is to either chase (And hit the running enemy with a blinding dart or some poison) or to escape(Flash through a wall or near a tower).
Exhaust - This is if you are in a team fight, or 1v1ing a DPS. You would use your blinding dart, wait until that wears off, then use exhaust and your lifesteal to finish them off.
Early game, you want to grab Boots of Speed, to get that little running boost Teemo needs (As Teemo has only 300 base speed.. What a swift scout!) and health potions. Try to take mid, as this is a pretty expensive build, but if that isn't possible than just accept a top or bottom lane, as Teemo is a good teammate to lane with. At level one, you will need to harrass the enemy as much as you can with your Q(Easier said than done) until you have the advantage, then you can Exhaust and poison your enemy until they are dead. Once you have enough gold, teleport back and purchase your Berzerker Boots and hopefully a dagger or two for your Malady. Go back to your lane and farm farm farm. By now you should definantly be level 6. If your lane partner switches lanes and you're all lone, put some shrooms in in the jungle, tall grass and possibly if you can the water, just incase if you feel endangered or like someone is around. Once you have enougH gold go back and finish your Malady, and grab some items for a Stark's. Go back to your lane, participate in some ganks, lay some shrooms for escapes/running enemies to help out your team majorly. Go back and finish your Stark's. Now you should have about 35% life steal and 2 attack damage, and around 100 attack damage. From here-on-out, you just try to last hit runners and get more gold. Build your bloodthirster, you now have about 50% lifesteal and do about 150+ damage while healing 75 HP per hit. Build another bloodthirster to do MASSIVE damage. You will do 200 damage, and 65% lifesteal. That heals you for 130+ hp each hit. Once you grab that infinity edge(For games that wont end) you will be fully build, do 300+ damage with a 40% crit chance and 65% lifesteal. Should be GG from now on.
Thanks for reading my build, and I hope you find the time to try it out. I've went positive plenty of times using this build, but it is pretty expensive. This was made base on 5v5s.
