I can agree that Mal hits hard for a caster. I mean its nice to see someone put a spin on him. Now the only thing I dont like is that you have Ignite and Ghost, but you should have Ignite and Exhaust. The thing about having Exhaust is Cripple. You will do more magic dmg, and phsyical dmg since Exhaust will have a debuff. That will help in the ganking process. You have the Improved Ghost, but I think that with Frozen Mallet you wont need Ghost to chase. I like the build though

I think that you are a bit over the AS cap. I would replace the Marks and Quints for ArP. That will make those hard hits, hit harder. I think that with the ArP, most players will be like "WTF!?!? THAT MAL HIT ME FOR *insert dmg amount here*!! HE HITS HARDER THAN *insert uber phsycal dmg champ here*"

I mean thats just funny to think about. I think that this build can do that. I would make Malady Guinsoo's Rageblade though. You will get AS and some AP to help power his spells. Just a thought.

But over all I like this, and I think it is worthy of +1
