Hi this is my first build i ever made on Mobafire and i hope you like it.
I always used this on Teemo and it always worked with me dont know if you like it or not but here it is.

Why did i pick these runes?
I picked these runes to gain as much attack speed as i can for early laning when your not that fast and some AD for that little AD edge.

These masteries are for almost every AD character with ap abilitys becaus i put most in AD but some in AP.

These items are usefull for almost every DPS character there is except for Nashor's Tooth that realy is an item that is made for Teemo. And doran's blade will be replaced last when you are going for Nashor's Tooth.

I take blinding dart first so you can escape more easier (not english)and max it last becaus you will only need it if youre being attacked by a attack based attacker then i take toxic shot to do more damage with my basic attack (it's AP i know but it also applies more damage when you hit someone when it gets higher) move quick afterwards so you get more movement to escape those annoing fights or to catch up with a enemy, noxious trap whenever possible (this build is only recommended for those who are dps/damage not for those who are going ap)

Ignite is just for getting the "almost" kills you and I always hate (you know that they get away with 50 health) and flash is there so you can escape becaus Teemo is pretty squisy(so squisy that you should never go alone with him)

What is realy smart to do in early lanes is when you are level 1 to go to the bushes asap and go stealthed when your enemies come they wont see you but you see them and you can block them with your teammate and kill them pretty easy becaus you blind one of them with blinding dart (be sure to focus the one you didnt blind ;)
