Chapter 1

Dr. Mundo doesn't just go where he pleases, now he also uses his ultimate when he pleases. I just started using this build in normal 3's, usually with Master Yi and a caster of some sort. I'm not really sure it's even that good, or if someone has already posted a similar guide, but being able to use your ultimate every 34 seconds is nice. For masteries, I like the defense tree for some survivability in team fights, as I tend to play fairly aggressive and usually take the brunt of the damage with my comp, especially once I find an Ignite or 2. For runes, in the interest of saving IP I used Vitality seals instead of the Evasion (Dodge) seals, although they would probably work better especially with the Nimbleness talent in the defense tree. I used the Desolation quintessences for the same reason, although Fortitude (Health) or even Swiftness (Movement Speed) would probably be an improvement. For the skill sequence, I would max Infected Cleaver first no matter what, but the alternation between Burning Agony and Masochism is just a preference. Depending on the game, leveling Burning Agony up first would provide better farming, but a loss in single target damage, and visa versa. For summoner spells, I like exhaust and ghost. Exhaust is always great, and combining ghost with your ultimate provides blistering speed to track down faster targets. For items, lots of cooldown reduction combined with a myriad of other stats. Spirit Visage is a no brainer because of the upgraded healing passive. I also like these items because they are all made up of small pieces you can collect even if you are forced to return to base more often than normal. If it looks like the game is going to continue, upgrading Zeal to a Phantom Dancer is always nice, and even selling Doran's Shield to free up the slot for a more useful item at the end of the game is also advisable. As i test this build out, I will try to update this guide, I hope it helped, and thanks for reading.
