Dr. Mundo, The Titan

There are many good builds for Dr. Mundo, but this build makes wonders for me. This build is yet to be tested on Twisted Treelines, but on Summoners Rift it is, what I think the best tank.

Summoner Spells:
Reccomended:
Heal - It comes handly always. To save your team mate or to help you get a little boost with Sadism.
Ghost - Sadism does give you the speed boost, but I like to be on the lane as much as I can, so it comes handly in early games. Also I don't want to use my ulti to rush to a battle.
Possible:
Flash - Great way to jump in and out of fights.
Clense - Really good to dispell the ignite and other effects that lower your health regen.
Revive - Because Dr. Mundo is a tank, you have to be in the center of the battle. So if you play him for first time and are sure you will die often I suggest you take revive, so you wouldn't lose alot of time being dead. Still, careful. Don't feed.

Mastery Trees:
Because Dr. Mundo is a good damager while being a tank, you should commit 21 skill points in offence, but you should also give some to defence,

Runes:
Mundo is melee hero, and because his Masochism do a lot of damage at low health and his a melee hero, I'd like to give the enemies most of it. That's why you have to take armor penetration. Also cooldown reduction helps you keep preassure on the enemies with the Infected Cleaver. Taking seals of resiliance isn't a have to take. You can stwich those for magic rsist.

Game:

Start with Regrowth Pendant and a Health Potion. Though the pendant gives you health regen, it isn't enough actually.
After collecting 1250 gold you should visit the shop. Buy Mercury Threads. From here it's going to be a little harder. Look at your enemies and decide if you are going to health regen or magic resist. With many casters I'd suggest taking Force of Nature as soon as you can. Piece by piece if requiered.
If you have annoying enemies like Xin or Master Yi on your lane you should take Thornmail before Guardian angel. It will take them out faster than they can take out you, believe me. If you aren't lucky enough to finish the game with 30 minutes you will have enough money to buy your last piece of equipment which is either Guardian Angel or Sunfire Cape. It is a really expencive build, but I've managed to do it quite a few times this week.

Well, good luck with this build. If you find any flaws let me know.
