Just stay and last hit as mutch as you can. but never get out of mana. have enouth mana so u can use the dash if theres a gank from potential junglers. always use ur W when mana is lower than 75 %. and wait for the enemy to go and take ''cover'' from skillshots so u can get dmg on both enemy and minions. when u have reached 1700 g you go b and buy according to build. if you are underneeth lvl 10 you can one hit spellcaster minions whit 1 barrel. If you want early game push level your w to max to get maximal push. I do it to get an advantedge in the mid and late game. cuse you have probarbly taken first tower in mid after about 13-15 minutes.

pick all items according to build and farm as mutch as you can. take all blue buffs and puch fast bot and top, only puch when you have flash. theres always mutch ganks when you push.

just kill and push until u win or loose.
