Overall this build has been working well for me, but there are a few things that I would like to change. One of my main issues was the skill order. While I can see why you would want to level your ult at 11, I left it until 16, 17 and 18. I feel that before you get your big burst items like DFG then it's not easy enough to get the dunk resets, and therefore I would rather just level my other abilities until it's the late game and my ult is worthwhile. Also, by saving my skill points I can get that powerful three point in a row level up on the ult, which makes me deal extra damage. Also, BotRK was not working well for me, I much prefer getting a Hextech Gunblade, and also, as a second or third item I like to get a zhonya's for that extra defensive bling.

This build is very tactical, it is also extremely versatile and can be used on many champions such as fiora, heimerdinger, riven and occasionally draven. I feel your build could be improved by adding extra magic penetration to boost the passive damage and get the extra sexual tension on your auto attacks.

After trying this build i smited abit in my pants :D
