So it does feel like it has less single target damage output now but it's AoE true damage in a team fight with Runaan's. It still feels really good to use imo, especially with warrior enchant.

Also something to keep in mind, is that the 15% true damage (as far as I can tell) also applies to your E crit execute.
Honestly a lot of different builds all feel really good on Kindred, a good amount which dont have IE, this one just happens to be the one that feels best to me and I want to share it with people.

Thanks for the feedback I'm glad you brought this up, I should make a point about the boots.
Generally picking up boots whenever you have the gold for them on any jungler is a good idea for them, however I personally put them after the bloodrazer in here because of Kindred's q providing such great mobility I just personally feel its less of a necessity to get them immediately. But yes getting them right after your jungle item is often good.
Also I do have points about when to buy Guinsoo's and its viability but honestly I haven't done enough testing with it yet to put it in a build 100% of the time.

My thoughts on each of the items then thoughts on the full build.

First off I'd like to state I am unsure what you mean by PA? If you mean PD I personally recommend Runaan's for more AoE and faster clear (PD makes a good boot replacement really late game though)

With regards to BotRK and Guinsoo's, BotRK is a good pickup on Kindred, the ad, atkspd, and lifesteal all scale well. However with the recent changes to Kindred's passive, removing lambs onhit % hp damage combined with the nerf to the lifesteal portion of blade the synergy is no longer as strong as it ussed to be. On the point of Kindred's passive change, due to this Guinsoo's is outshone by many items now and I would not personally recommend it (it still can work though but I don't feel like it is really adding anything).

Finally GA and MR boots, GA I always recommend now since it now provides AD as well, and MR boots depend entirely on the situation.

Overall, the build does work, however I feel it is slightly outdated and is outshone by more recent builds focusing on attack speed and crit.

In regards to the Tahm Kench match-up, you may in fact be right, the problem is that I am currently unable to update the match-up for him as I have not faced many Tahm Kench jungle since I initially added him to the match-ups. So when I first made it that is how I felt the match-up went, however you may very well be correct with that the match-up is now more difficult. So with this in mind, I will keep an eye out for Tahm Kench and reassess my opinion on the match-up! Thank you very much for this perspective! :)

This is a good point you bring up, I would say it is preference for the player, personally I like having my +3% damage the entire game without having to worry about also aiming for their support or slippery champs, yes having the 5% is better once you get there though so it is still really good! Thank you! Yes I am aware that it is visually lacking, I may try to improve that when I have a chance. As to the Cannon vs Hurricane, both work (well) on Kindred however I heavily stand by Hurricane since it applies the % hp damage from both your passive and the Blade of the Ruined King on multiple targets which gives you a higher damage output than the small amount of magic damage or bit of range Cannon provides.
