This build is amazing for solo top. It's the way my play-style is so it may not go along with everyone else's liking.

This build can let you keep your whole team alive while keeping yourself alive.
If used correctly you can taunt the whole enemy team as to engage into a team fight, as most Shens would try to do. This allows your team to get quite a bit of damage out and take down a couple champs or so. After this you would ult to the most useful person on your team if they're about to die. (usually this would be the ad or ap carry). Use this build to it's potential and you will have crazy fun getting a high amount of assists every game like you should while dishing out potential damage at the same time.
