Vlad is awesome, and here is my guide to play Vlad :D

yeah..those ruens are the ones i use, the ap boosts from runes + the book = 90dmg at lvl 1, it's decent enough for you to counter harrass other players, and last hit minos :D

with the runes and the book, your q is at about 90 dmg, which is surperb at last hitting minos and healing yourself, tbh, i wouldn't spam q to harrass your opponet unless they are harrassing you first.
