Already commented gave you a few days to try and argue for your choices, you didn't do so.. A -1 for the above mentioned reasons.

Have you EVER considered getting RoA before Archangels/Catalyst before Tear?

I just find that getting Tear early will leave me very squishy for a long while - and my RoA will not get it's full power before I am well into mid/lategame.

Getting a 2nd RoA is not advisable either tbh - get a Void Staff, Abyssal Scepter or perhaps a Zhonya's Hourglass? Either way your guide is very lackluster on the guide part, could be far more informative and I suppose that your SSes are pretty old by now?

Oh and try to do swap your clarity with something else and just get manareg/pr. level Seals and get flat health quints (they are better than seals) that way you will lose some effectiveness earlygame - but you will gain so much from being able to get another summoner spell all throughout the game, seeing clarity is pretty much useless in late/midgame when you have well above 2k Mana and tons of Mp5.

Just my 2 cents, waiting to vote till I have heard your reply.

With the recent nerf this build is going to suck. Not enough mana regen. I also just don't like the idea of 2 RoAs. You could have such a better item. Even needlessly large rod gives more AP for it's cost.
How about changing one of the RoAs to a hourglass?

Summoner spells are lackluster. Only someone who spams spells (I guess you are using R-E) will ever need clarity. Ignite and exhaust would be better as you can get a free kill and provide yourself an escape.

Runes are a noob choice imo. Do you know that AP per level blues give you more AP than flat by level 5?
Good build for beginners, not good for advance players.

I get the Flat AP because with that, I get early AP, early game, so I can get kills, (i usually have bout 3kills by level 5) early on, and I tried many summoner spells, but none of them work well as of Heal and Clarity to me. They both allow me to stay much longer than whoever im facing. And I don't need Ignite, because Anivia's burst is so great, I don't need the extra damage, and with Exhaust, I have enough survivability with W, and R, and I can even use Q to stop a gank. And I get 2 RoA's for the health and mana, and I don't get Rylai's because you already have a slow, and I never need a slow, because I always get the kill. I don't consider myself a pro, but I don't consider myself a beginner either, I always do great with this build, so if you could try it out, and tell me how you did, I could try to fix it up.

Not to sound hasty, but it seems like something fishy is going on here. The majority of your upvotes are users with less than 5 post. At first I thought they were just new users, however they have not made a single post/vote after voting on yours. Then there is also the case with the one user who claims your guide was perfect but he had mana issues and could not kill with mine. Yet my build has greater mana regen than yours.
Just a reminder that making multiple accounts is prohibited on this site.

BTW, to host pics you need to put them onto a site first then link to the picture location.

Ty , i didn't know how to, but i can figure it out now, and as for my thumb uppers, idk, Im sorry if you feel like somthin fishy is goin on, and with the person AtI***, i definitly dont know, maybe he spammed more when using ur build when he used mine, i can assure you though that i don't know any of these people.

Ah you don't understand how magic pen works. Flat magic pen stacks. Lets say you had 5 magic pen from runes and another 20 from items (flat) then your total magic pen would be 25. However percentages work differently. If you have 15% from masteries and 40% from Void staff then your magic pen would be (1.0 - 0.4) * (1.0 - 0.15) == 0.6 * 0.85 == 0.51 == 51% of original resist == 49% penetration.

Also note that 40% magic pen will actually enable you to hit harder than most AP items if the target has more than 87.6 magic resist. VS would give 70 AP and then lower their magic resist by 35 giving you basically 100 AP. As their magic resist goes higher then so does the effectiveness of your VS. Like I said before, do some numbers. You might find that one of your items is actually hurting your burst potential. That's why I dropped mejai's at one point cause it wasn't allowing me to drop targets as effectively, but the CDR at 20 stacks was so helpful that I needed to find another item to do so. That's when I looked into DFG. Mejai's at 20 stacks would make each spell hit with 180 more AP. So lets say you hit 180 more damage with your three spells. 180 * 3 = 540. Now with DFG if the target has more than 1600 HP it will actually hit for more damage than a full stack mejai's. Also DFG has no stacks so therefore you always have the 15% CDR. So for pure nuking power, DFG > full stacked Mejai's if the target has more than 1.6k HP.

Ok I think I finally understand where your getting at, I went into more depth about the Mejai's vs DFG, and I've tested it, and im actually thinking about just all together replacing Mejai's with DFG, and for the magic pen, I explained that more in my build, and I actually changed my red runes, for Magic pen, the 4AP with 9 runes just wasn't working for me, so the magic pen allows me to burst more damage than 4AP (duh). So ty for the comments, if theirs anything else PLEASE tell me, I would really like to get your +1, and others +1. Ty so much
