My only issue with this is that lack of Mpen. Im a pretty good Eve palyer, and if you want to use Mejai's, you need more burst. And having more Mpen is the best way to do this. You can only have 50AP and hit like you have more if you have more Mpen. So Get more Mpen Runes or get Mpen boots.


Also, aside from runes, this is a pretty standard build. I would suggest that you find something to replace Mejai's if you arent getting the kills/assists you need

Mejai's is pretty situational - Evelynn is one of the few champions that can actually get away with running it because she needs to go around getting kills/assists anyway, or she's useless. Still, I agree - don't get it and use the money for something else.

imo, don't put mejais in your build, but put it as situational, since it is not always a good idea to snowball =P

Good guide, you do explain what everything is for, but maybe fix up the grammar so it's prettier to look at.

I am going to have to try Eve at one point. Remind people that she's a mage too :p
