So after eves Nerf she wasn't what people were looking for anymore... Most people were playing eve as a jungle cary well now she needs to be played as a mage nuke/support. With this build you will learn how to play eve and help your team while just sitting back and laughing it up.
Btw this is my 1st build actually trying so feel free to criticize

Well my rune set is Magic pen Reds, Mana regen per level seals, flat ap blues, and last hp quints for sturdiness. I take magic pen because... your mage nuke (its needed). I take mana regen per level because late game i find myself spamming q constantly, and somepeople would have mana problems. Flat ap because now at lower levels you can do alot more damage to squishies. Hp quints because you are a super squish!!!

Now with my masteries i go pretty simple mage setup with 9/0/21 getting improved exaust and teleport.

Item wise i start usually with a dorans ring but if they have a jungle i get boots, one ward and an hp pot. later on i get sheen ASAP and get boots of mobility... why because your always in stealth and want to move fast, after both those items get a mejais. Mid game your sheen should be a lichbane you should have about 15-20 stacks mejais and at least have a giants belt for ryalis, or have ryalis. Late game is more for your situation if your ownin and feel unthreatened get a Death cap , if your having a hard time staying alive go either Hourglass or Gardians angel. Alot of you are going to say hey thats olny 5 items... well yes by the time you get your 5th item the other team should have won, or your team mowed through there base. And if a game does go on that long you decied what to put as your last item judging your situation.

Maxing stealth 1st, and Hate spike second. Why hate spike because you dont have to stand still you just have to spam "q" unlike "e", all your "e" is for is an opener because it lowers defenses by 10% at level one if used from behind your target.

Summoner spells are teleport so you can gank any lane at anytime just by telling them to get a ward, exhaust because it lowers your targets stats and can be used to getaway into stealth

If the other team has a jungle you need to get boots, one ward, and an hp potion. From there you are going to rush over to there blue and drop ward in the bush behind blue, when there jungle goes for blue teleport in w8 a little till blue is low then stealth, stun, exaust and they should get killed from blue killing them.

as soon as you hit level 4 you should be ganking, when your jungle goes for a gank (if shaco tele to his JTIB) tap stealth and before you fully go into stealth start your tele, you will tele invis. Also keep an eye on your mid if it is pushed to the tower go gank and take out the enemy champion.

1.)Shaco jungle, anyone exept eve solos, and when shaco goes to gank top eve teles to JTIB and initiates the fight, that is a 3 man gank.
2.)Eve and Zilean, you might be thinking why 2 squishies one lane... well when eve has about level 2 stealth, just have zilean put a bomb on your head while stealth and walk right up next to the enemy and let the bomb explode, repeat until target is low then you can just initiate with "e" and spam "q"

Well this is one of my 1st builds made so i dont have all the coding down, any tips will help and yea have fun raping as eve but dont go and get her nerfed AGAIN!!!! feel free to add me ingame im always up for premades as long as theres vent.
