Ap raito sucks? 1.0 for ravage and yes much lower for hate spike but well that ability has no cooldown.. You can finish of your targets within a matter of seconds once you have some key items. Jungling is optional but not my choice. Never tried and never planning to try ad (or hybrid) evelyn as ap is the most efficient way to play eve once you know how to do it

I tried AP eve a couple times a couple weeks ago. Her AP ratios suck bad. Try building her with with sheen - boots of mobility, trinity force, banshee's veil, wriggles lantern, Rylai's, Hextech Gunblade,

Also she belongs in the jungle where the enemy can't guarantee where she is, she'll have a bunch easier time ganking.
