I have tried to build Evelynn this way earlier and it doesn't work at all if play against decent enemies. Might be decent below level 30 but that's not that interesting because we are talking about a guide here.

So the problem is pretty simple: AP Evelynn works because you can surprise burst people into nowhere before they can even react. AD can't do that. Although she does damage it is applied much slower and any CC, even the frking Janna tornado causes your instant death. The potential is huge but in common teamfights there is no way to reach the AD carry unharmed.

Next problem is laning phase. You don't start with Doran's Blade, it's that simple. Evelynn's laning is awful enough and she has no sustain besides the 6% lifesteal which is a joke. No dicussion here once you played a few more games you will realize why your enemy hasn't gone back since 7 minutes while you went back three times already.

Now about the guide itself: There is few information but I can't find any reason for people to read this. I'm not a fan of big shiny texts either but this is not a joy to read which hurt your rating even further. Try to add pictures, use BB Code etc. If you don't know about it read the How to build a guide - guide here on the website it might help out.

Last thing: There is absolutely no need to discuss the stuff with me, I'm just telling you what might be the problem with the acceptance of this idea, build and guide. Maybe it will improve, we will see.
