This is my second build on mobafire and first build for Evelynn. So please try it few times, because just item build isn't all when playing a champion.

I built her as glass cannon, but you can trade one item for survi if you feel it's worth.

I played Evelynn very often before nerf only AP, but sometimes thought about going AD. I never did it before nerf. But after it I thought that the power of AP build is to kill target while stunned. So I tried AD. I builther with edited build for Xin Zhao and it was great. I added Sheen faster and it worked great. Try it on your own and decide if you prefer AD or AP.

Marks - ArmPen must have on most AD champs.
Seals - HP per lvl gives you some survi, because I prefer to build items on assasins for pure dmg.
Glyphs - Little less CD's are great. Also MR can be a good choice.
Quints - AP flat, gives a little boost to your abilities especially early game.

-Berserker's Greaves - Seem to be the best choice for AD Eve. Can be trade with Boots of Mobility
-Black Cleaver - Nice AD boost, some AS and great passive which stacks quickly with ur AS.
-Phantom Dancer - AS, Crit Chance and some Movement speed are great for Evelynn.
-Trinity Force - Gives you a little survi and passive of Sheen which helps you to hit a lot.
-Bloodthirster - Livesteal and lots of AD. If needed you can put Vampiric scepter after Black Cleaver.
-Infinity Edge - Increased Crits and great AD boost. Also Crit Chance is nice.
If you need you can trade some item for survi, but I prefer to kill, not to fight. ^^

Stealth gives you an early surprise effect.
I get it to level 3 for the first to make it longer.
Then max out Ravage it still do lots of damage and reduces Armor.
After that max out Hate Spikes.
Ofc if you can put a point in ultimate
