Introduction
The new Evelynn has been released and lot of people are disappointed about this update.
The old Evelynn was my main,and i try her new version...AND I LOVED HER!!!
This is a full AP build,and enemies gonna hate u so much.
I know it seems weird,but Evelynn is a very good solo top,she have mana regen,can easily last hit with her Q,and very offensive when your jungler come to gank.
You can also play her bot lane/roaming.
Runes
Ap,magic penetration,armor(u will often tower dive) and attack speed which is a good thing with a lichbane.
Masteries
Summoner Spells
To chase your enemies,before getting fed,you will put your damage on the time.
