That is the famous phrase about Evelynn for now, and i thought it too, but not after I tested my guide, the slow from her shadow walk is just amazing! It´s really amazing if you don´t think of the stun she had before. And the damage from both ravage and hate spike is massive damage.

The runes I´ve chosen is:

Marks: Greater Mark of Insight

I chose these ´cause u need to have magic penetration with all ap champions, that´s just it.

Seals: Greater Seal of Alacrity

These are very good for Evelynn, she are very nice with attack speed so these runes fit he very well.

Glyph: Greater Glyph of Clarity

She have skills that she do "over time" so mana regen is important for her, I use these glyphs on my usuall ap champions, and they work very well.

Quintessences: Greater Quintessence of Potency

And to the final runes, quintessences, i chose ap, it give u a nice boost in the beginning, and with amplifying tome ravage will deal about 110 dmg by first blood.

I´m not the best one when it comes to masteries, but i take the 9-0-21 masteries. I take the cooldowns down to magic penetration in offense, and take the point in exhaust, then you can deal more dmg to the target you have put your exhaust on.

In utility, i take full in mana regen, and full in quickness, these are the ones evelynn needs the most. And then you see by yourself what you should take.

In my skill order I start with ravage and then shadow walk, two early points in that so i can be stealthed for a longer time. Maxing ravage and maxing hate spike second by level 15.

My summoner spells are flash and exhaust, flash helps me get away safely or catch up with anyone thanks to boots of mobility. Exhaust helps me kill targets easier and catch up with them wery easy. Flash is a must have for evelynn, but u can choose to have ignite, or maybe teleport ´cause u can teleport while u are stealthed to a ward that your teammate have placed in the other side of the map.

I didn´t want to talk about my items but i just have to say one thing about ´em, why do I not have sheen/lich bane, ´cause always when u come out of stealth you use ravage, and sheen only heps your next basic attack, so that´s why.

So now we have come to the end, please give evelynn a chance, i promise you will not get dissapointed if you try my guide. Think of evelynn as a new champion and forget about her stun she had before, just think that a slow is really good!
