i think that you don't properly need flat ap. Eve in early game is a bit dificult to take control of the lane, but if you are good playing has eve you don't need flat to kill in early game and responding to ArTkanToS... ok that's your opinion every have one :) but i think ap is best cause i tryed some builds and this is the one that i actually kill more and die less. to give you an example i killed twice two diferent patheons and both had full build and oracle and i without fear took them on because in the end and in mid game eve is like op ^^

Well if you were going for early stacks i'd do more flat ap than per level, usualy not a good idea but with eve maybe?

True... but it probably would work well early to get fed and get stacks on your soulstealer
