This is the build I use since the recent Fiora patch. Since the jungle monsters now replenish mana, Evelynn can now jungle pretty decently. Yes, she is kind of slow starting out, but it works.

Start at the Double Golems, Kill the small one with smite, and then melee and hate spike the other, use a health potion during the fight.

From there, head to wraiths. on your way, pop your second health potion. melee the weak wraiths first and hate spike away - cuts down on your damage taken.

Head to wolves. Pop summoner heal and wait for smite to come off cooldown. smite the big wolf and kill it fast, then kill the smaller ones.

if you have enough hp and mana left, head to Golem Buff and take out ONE small minion and leave - you will die otherwise. go back to base.

Buy 2 more health potions, and go back to Golem Buff. kill the second smaller one, then smite the golem and pop a health potion, kill it as well.

pop your second health potion and try to gank someone (takes practice to get this right).

If your gank was successful buy a sheen, if not, buy amp tome and a health potion or two, and continue jungling. Lizard buff you can take as soon as you get a sheen, but not until then.

I know it's sort of bland, but bear with me, first time trying to make a build guide on here. Hope this build works for other people as well. also you can buy wards and things to help your team, if need be. Evelynn is a hard champ to master, but once you do master her (and that means do NOT rely on stealth all the time) you can own some over extenders =D
