Well, I dont like to use Evelynn to solo but if you want i think this is also usefull to do it.

Early game.

You will need to take it calm, and slowly, cuase, if you stay when someone is hitting you at same or simillar level, its almost completely sure you will die.

Mid game.

At mid game if you are doing okay, you can start fighting and ganking and you will start getting frags. In this istance is more easy to sart killing.

Late game.

Now, you will be able to kill everyone!!! so its time to get kills.

I think Evelynn is much better when it plays with team.

Build.

About the build, when in game you get all the itmes, you will have to sell the ring and buy a Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
