ok ok, i know its not cheap build ,but if you will have mejais on 20 souls, then is OK. after finishing lich bane nobody cant stop you. Just build rabadon and you are The best! enemies will only say: omg evelynn !! run back!

harass harass harass. then kill- when on lich bane do W-R-E-spam Q-ig they dont die E-:Denjoy!

yea its not very long guide. but you can do every kill in game with that items hybrid evelynn-noob ap evelynn-BEST! just trust me, try it:)
