I've found that IE is great (AWESOME) on Riven. As for the AS I dont remember putting AS in my guide , i'll check that out right now. Plus it's AD top not a carry lol.

I like your build, but you really don't have to build attack speed on Riven for ADC, the Berserker greaves is kind of pointless. Since she can spam her Q if you build cool down reduction, which your Core Build have, she doesn't need attack speed, and if you want to run faster, just upgrade your boots. Riven is reliant on her cool down reduction to dash and stun the enemy, then using your Q to finish off most pokes. Critical strike is also not needed for Riven.
