Rumble doesn't really require CDR, even less in terms of runes, he has low CDs and spamming will just make you silence yourself. You should just take scaling MRes Glyphs or Flat Armor instead. Most AD mids also will not auto-attack you, so Doran's Shield is a waste. You're much better served with Cloth Armor and 5 Pots;- Maxing E against ranged/ap midlaners isn't really going to help unless they got a gazillion kiting tools/are ahead and you just wanna farm from the distance, and even then if you're good at casting E you should last hit with it at level 1. If you're going for the poke, you'll get behind in CS instead. 9/10 times it's better to max Q;
- Your build isn't bruiser-ish at all, with that Rabadon's Deathcap, Void Staff and so on. It does give you some nice tanky stats;
- You don't really explain why take Rumble midlane instead of top. Mid lane is actually very short and taking him there - since he's such a pusher - actually doesn't allow you to get much harass in before your opponent is glued to his tower, crying his jungler for help. It is notable that, however, Rumble has amazing roaming potential and great dragon buff control;
- Guide needs more images and tips on casting your ult, which is THE key factor to playing Rumble
