1) Put your damn Item Tree in order
2) I dont know if you should either do one or the Other, With Hybrid Characters You kinda want to go one or the other but i dont play him so i could be wrong but the only thing i could compair him too is a teemo type person who uses both Physical and magic damage.
3) Hexgun blade Ftw

Other Than THose things i think the built is cool its something i will be trying pretty soon, Seems more of a 3v3 built than 5v5 with the potion using but i like for the most part. I will try it as it set up
You can only have TWO spells, so don't waste 5 points on something that 2 points would cover.
Also, you're getting boots waaaay too late. If you have an auto attacker vs you at mid, you wont be able to gtfo.
