Start Augment Death for early lane sustain, follow up with a Cloak and Dagger for necessary tenacity boosts. Remember, never buy wards, potions, or boots as they are huge wastes of money. You then hack into the servers, momentarily switch into a Dominion game and round out the build with a Kitae's BloodRazor, Prospector's Blade, Odyn's Veil and Sanguine Blade.
