This part is really up to you. I'd consider maxing creeping death first for that extra armor/magic resist.

Masteries

Utility build are extremely underrated. Getting all that good CDR with some spell vamp, increased exp making you even more ahead of other lanes.

Items

Going death cap instead of sunfire cap is a definite plus in situation where dmg is needed.

Being a good farmer

Little trick I can give you is to take both wraith camp when possible added with your extreme lane pushing makes up for the best cs possible.
