One item I often vary between will be the Will Of the Ancients, during some games I will opt to make the Hextech Gunblade which i will often do after i build the Lichbane (Item order remains the same). The Hextech Revolver is invaluable no matter what with its Spell Vamp. Going with the Will of the Ancients over the Gunblade is a cheaper option and pays off more in the early game giving your Mordekaiser more AP than just a Revolver. The second Death cap can be substituted with an Abyssal Scepter against teams with high AP & Magic Resist.
