The purpose of the build is to have low cooldowns while being fast and maneuvarable. Position yourself to slam the enemy into the wall to stun and finish off the enemy. Use your speed to escape or chase down enemies.

Your cooldown reduction will be so great that you can use Paragon of Demancia then after it wears off you can use it again almost instantly.

The Philosopher's Stone will provide you with increased income and mana regen. Use Devestating Blow to get the last hit on minions.
