Basically it all comes down to lowering your enemy's armor with this build and preferably killing (hunting) them down one by one.

Why start with boots instead of doran's shield or cloth armor?
Because until level 6 is obtained, you will play as passively as possible. I like the movement speed boost to last kill mobs while staying on the safe side and it will help you run away faster if you see/sense a gang-bang coming your way.
Got level 6?
Alright, now if you're solo lane in a 3v3 game, try luring your enemy into thinking you are weak and afraid. Do that by farming in front of his nose and then running away if he makes a move towards you. By the 2nd or 3rd time you do that, turn around, launch your ulti on him. Cast Hungering-Strike immediately afterward, turn on HuntersCall and continue hitting him. When he starts running away cast Exhaust, and flash him down if necessary while dealing the killing blow with HungeringStrike which by now has a really short cooldown.
1st trip to base
After making the first kill, farm just a bit while you have over 1500gold and return to base. You should buy Medred's Razor and Berserker's Greaves. These are your core items. With them you will easily be able to obtain any neutral buff with just your Hunter's Call within seconds!
Ganging frenzy
From here onwards you will roam the map, looking for a solo enemy to jump on and utilize all your skills. Always try to have all your hero and summoner skills ready before going in. If you don't, focus on ganging with your teammates until the cool-downs are over.

Make the items i chose in that order with the exception of the last few ones. Like if you feel vulnerable, make Banshee's Veil before Bloodrazor. If you're in a 5v5 game you can solo Nashor after getting the Bloodthirstier (this is the correct spelling btw).
Also you can solo the Dragon as soon as you get Madred's razor. (lvl 4-5 earliest).

Feel free to ask questions about anything I've missed. I will not respond to trolls/flames if related to the idea of the build itself. Suggestions and critiques are welcomed.
