And yeah, I used to try the Archangel's Staff build, but here's why I ultimately decided against it.
1. The mana regen glyphs keep my mana up after 15 levels, so before that, I'll just get golem as often as possible.
2. Just get golem all the time. It lets you spam abilities.
3. The AP bonus from the AP only puts you at an additional say...85 AP, from the mana conversion from just this item, if you optimize the mana additions. I would pick Void Staff or Abyssal Scepter any day, because you don't need mana to follow up if you're beating face in. : D

Though I must admit, sometimes I get Archangel's just for the convenience, and every once in a while I DO have mana problems, so yeah Tornesol, it's not a bad suggestion at all.

This build is awsome, god job. The best for Fiddle right now.. Tho I might get a archangelstaff in there somehow.. But anywho, super build! +1
