Red->wraiths/wolves->blue if u want to early gank bot/mid
Blue->wolves/wraiths->red if u want to early gank top/mid
Blue->wolves->run to their red, ward it and wait to smite-steal it+most of the time earn free kill if your enemy starts at blue.
I suggest you reading guides on how to jungle if u need the jungle route :)
It's personal most of times. Depending on the enemy jungler u can play really aggresive and completely deny him (yes, u can easily kill any other jungler early game). You have to get the feeling of ad cho's nature. The more u play him the more confidence u get :)
