I will not agree with "drain which is his worst ability". It all depends on your playstyle. TBH i find fear+drain way better than dark wind since it deals alot of fast damage, you can outstand even a carry dps, its less random, and doesnt require anything to deal significant amount of damage. Dark wind tho needs a 2nd hero (creep will die in 1-2 bounces anyway) and not like ryze, you cant bounce it from yourself. Its also great for killstealing sinec it does VERY frequent damage.
Personaly a good played Fiddle that landed near a player with his ult and can fear+drain while ulti is active can kill anything even tanks, not mentioning that he is one of the best 1v1 chars ingame.
The only bad side is that you are vurneable to stun or silence while draining.
my tactics are
for 1v1 fear+drain
for 2v2 still fear+drain.
For team fights 3v3,4v4,5v5 i use dark wind prio. Ulti+dark wind = ALOT OF damage that oposing team is not even aware of.
Anyway, ALL his skills are EXTREMALY usefull and powerfull but also very situational. Cant call any of it "worst".
I also disagree on their choices for summoner abilities. Fiddles really benefits from Ghost and flash the most, because it helps him place great ults, and chase people to disable. Ignite is decent, but its only useful against one person, this build is not meant to be strong 1v1, it emphasizes his strong team battle skills.
My rational behind not getting Ap per lvl runes is because his ap gains are .35 and .4 which is not very strong compared to most other mages. Whereas lots of magic pen allows him to destroy with his dark wind which is his best ability early game.
I think the weakest part of my build is the haunting guise, but seeing as that item is being remade soon, ill try to post a more up to date item build.
I'm sure that each fiddle build on this website has it's strengths, i just feel that mine really shines in team battles.
For sure lack of AP here makes any Fiddle build better :)
I think at the moment abyssal scepter is pretty mediocre, because it cost a lot for a decent boost in ap which is not really that good for fiddles and more magic reduction which is good, but around mid game to late game, i feel like it is much more important for fiddles to have reduced cd on his abilites so you can disable the other team much more frequently and so your ultimate is up when team battles start. The active ability is also amazing against their tanks. I've definitely tried the specter and i feel like its a win more item.
