In my opinion fiddl is best in jungle because monster dont have cc and can easy drain, and Fiddl cant farm a lot lane.

Pros:

*Drain (healing himself)
*Good CC
*Aoe silnce + Aoe dmg ult
*Casting ult have "flashe"
*With bluebuff undead in jungle.
*Good ganker

Cons:

*Easy to ****er jungle (especially at start)
*Hate enemy with CC
*Not good pusher/farmer if need stay in lane or late game.
*focused( but if you going the build u should be not(zoyan))

You should start doran ring (or book +20ap+hp but i like doran)

Masteries 21/0/9 beacuse u're mage not suport not need coldown or gold or vamp(fidl have...) So going 21(pure ap) + 9utillty (with mana no move spd) youre slow its sad true but u rly need mana regen.

"New jungle dont need smite its so easy" its stupid. You really need smite. Why?
-faster jungle=faster gank=faster lvl.
-Dragon, Baron steal? yep with smite i can try. Save baron and dragon with smite.
Flashe get nerf but no metter fiddlestick need it if counter in jungle or need to escape or i ulted a litle to short.

Early: doran ring x2 (regen hp ap its cool) + Kage's Lucky Pick (ap+money) + Boots (yyy :P)
Middle: Boots lv2(should be Sorcerer's) Doran x2 Lucky Pick Zhonya's (Ult+Zhoyan=free dmg no focus:) ).
Late: Zhoyan, boots lv2, rabadon (ap!), survival items(for example Banshe=a lot CC and focus after used zhoyan, rylai need get a litle hp ap and slow, Abbys i need magic resist they have so much m.resist) and other from up

Gank Gank Gank in early.
In teamfight usually should wait for good moment to use your ult(but you should be hide) and spam silnce + fear+ drain if u see ppl going focus you use zoyan and do free dmg from ult.

The some but. You must be careful. say to team for first hit on monster. and guard to dont be ganked and guard blue. Must do a lot of ganks or fast lvl 6 and gankkkkk.
