Hello!
This is my Fiddlesticks Build & Guide. some parts are not ready jet but don't worry it should b complete in a few days. Sorry for my ortography (English is not my first language)

Items

Glacial Shroud - This is very good item for start. It gives you almost everything you need at the beginning a) mana (remember: fiddle with mana = fiddle with health) b) armor, so you can take more hits while draining c) some cooldown reduction so you can spam your abilities a bit more.

Sorcerrer's Shoes - Speed, everybody needs it

Hextech Revolver - this item will not only give you some more AP. it will also improve your drain and will allow you to drain enemies health while using your ult. which will make you really hard to take down

Rod of Ages - some more health, mana and AP. everything you need!

Rabandon's Deathcap - the best AP item you can get. it's a must-buy.

Void Staff / Warmong's Armor - At this point you need to think. If your enemies are not that dangerous for you, you can buy Void Staff to Own them some more but if they are doing too much damage you should get a Warmong's armor. It will make you almost immortal, especially while draining or using your ult (thanks to hextech revolver)

If the game is longer, the next thing to do is to upgrade your Glacial Shroud to Frozen Heart and your Hextech Revolver to Will of the Ancients. Both of this items can help your whole team when it comes to a team fight.

Skill Sequence

You need to max your Drain first (your core ability) then take 1 point in Dark Wind to poke your enemies (you don't need more at the early stage. it don't deal much damage) After maxing Drain you need to max your stun. at the first level it's a bit useless(1 sec stun). It becomes good at level 3(2 sec stun)

Runes

For runes you need to take AP quintesences and glyphs. It will give you more damage in the early stage. Magic penetration Marks (it's good for all Magic based champions) and finnaly mana regeneration seals (fiddle with mana = fiddle with health)

Pros / Cons

Pros:
- High damage + good lifesteal

Cons:
- a bit squishy if you take Void Staff instead of Warmong's Armor

Summoner Spells

I take Flash for escaping or moving fast while using your ult and Teleport so i can go regen my mana and buy items without leaving my teammate for long but the summoner spells choice depends on you. This is only a suggestion
