1) I fail to see why he should be used in a lane, his entire kit is much suited to being a jungler/ganker. Crowstorm+Fear/Drain/Silence encourages the enemy team to ward or continuously get gimped by CAWCAWCAWCAW. Also, his laning is quite weak compared to most mid heroes. When against Le Blanc, Annie, Brand, Anivia, etc, he wouldn't last long because his silence/CC isn't good early game compared to others, and your sustainability is easily countered by stuns/other cc due to its channel.

actually it is good, but i think this is not the ideal guide for newbies.
you have to literally be a pro to farm that much.

go middle only when no one wants to or is qualified to. fiddles is always qualified for mid one of THE best mids. build is too expensive for bot or top lane. i highly doubt youre the best fiddles in this game. Your build looks good on paper.
