Introduction

Hello! And, without further stalling, let me welcome you to my very overpowered Fiora guide! Now, Fiora is a very well designed champion as of now (and will probably get nerfed). BUT for right now, let us exploit her very overpowered spells and stats!

Runes

Now, I take these runes with one goal in mind: be able to harass in lane and in teamfights while also dishing out a large amount of damage, while not sustaining too much too yourself. I take 6 armor pen marks because they are always helpful on AD champions, and I take 3 attack speed marks to get the movement speed bonus on your E faster. I take armor seals because your goal is to be able to take on anyone 1v1 and this armor is VERY helpful with 1v1s and also while tower diving. I take magic resistance per level because Fiora (and most champions besides) do not have a large amount of base magic resist, and Fiora needs to be able to withstand their initial burst to pull our her full combo. I take attack speed Quintessences because they are awesome For your E, but armor pen quintessences are also a good choice.

Masteries

The masteries are very similar to the runes in the way that Fiora's main goal is to be able to take a large amount of damage, but at the same time be able to dish out even more, which is why I go all of the way down the Offensive tree, although I have never really liked the final Mastery there; I prefer the armor pen. I also take 9 points in the defensive tree because it helps with damage taking and your overall survivability.

Summoner Spells

I take Exhaust as my first summoner spells because if you are trying to 1v1 someone else with exhaust, an attack speed/damage buff, or a movement speed buff exhaust is a must because of both the offensive capabilities in being able to shut down an AD carry or just slow someone if your Lunge is on cool-down, of the defensive capabilities in being able to slow someone and reduce their damage to prevent tower dives and chases. I take Flash because of its offensive and also defensive capabilities in that it can work wonders in combination with your Lunge, but more importantly your ultimate, Blade Waltz to set up for some free and unexpected damage. This also works defensively in, well, you know, getting away. :D

Skill Sequence

The reason why I take Lunge first is if you are facing an enemy champion at level one, it does not matter who it is, with just one point in your Lunge you can bring them down to half hp with just two lunges and an auto attack, which makes for great harass, a huge ability to push people out of lane, a huge damage gap closer, and it makes getting First Blood that much easier. I max Lunge first for basically the same reasons as getting it first, but also because it is Fiora's highest damage skill. I max out her E, Burst of Speed, next because before you Lunge to an opponent you can activate your E to give you a very nice speed and attack speed boost when you get to them. (NOTE: Fiora's E only gives you a speed boost AFTER you hit a target with your auto attack or a lunge.) I max her W, Riposte, last because it is her least damaging ability and it scales off of AP. I do, however, take a point in it early to help block an auto attack here and there. And, as with all champions, take your Ultimate: Blade Waltz whenever you can.

Summary

To sum everything up; Fiora has a lot of damage all throughout the game and is a force to be reckoned with starting as soon as level 1. Her damage output is just insane when you max Q first, and her ultimate has a base damage of 1000 when only hitting one champion, which makes her VERY SCARY when trying to 1v1 her. All in all, Fiora is VERY FUN to play and I suggest playing her if you like to play a solid character who is great in team fights and in lane.
