This build may be hard to play but it works just great, this build will give u a really high life steal, Spell vamp. And that means u will not die that easy.
It will also get u a nice start in early game its really easy to get first blood and a good early game for your team but it will be a lot harder in late game but no worries u will have the really high life steal on both normal melees and spells and that means u get a lot of hp when u use you're spells on a target.

You need : Greater Quintessence of Potency, Greater Seal of Potency and Greater Glyph of Potency
to get the stack of you passive in beginning.
That means that u have 40 - 90% chance that u get First blood on top or bot lane.

The masteries will improve you're game play, that also makes the game go easier in beginning of the game. Just be careful because it will be very hard if u play against tanks and don't got the magic penetration runes.
