@Twodotsoveri: I will be makeing a few changes but i like to get rapid fire quicker for both faster mob killing and to fill the gap of the final attack speed, and with all of these items you hit only about 2.1 attack speed includeing the runes so you could drop say the red ones and take spell pen or armor pen instead but you would have much lower speed at the lower levels, but it is not until you use a level 5 Rapid Fire that you hit the hard cap of 2.5. As far as going magic pen in the mastery i thought about that and you could even drop the gold gen mastery and go 22/0/8 to be honest then you would have armor pen and magic pen.

I haven't read the complete build but i am commenting on the things i see
Masteries: Why didn't you get the magic pen talent in offense? Since it's a hybrid build magic pen is pretty sweet.
Skill Sequence: when i play tristana i dont get rapid fire until around lvl 8. i don't see the use of it until later on in the game.
Items: You seem to have quite alot of AS in the build. Since Tristana have rapid fire i would recommend getting more AD/AP items instead of AS/AP. You say in your items section that you got capped AS (2.500) Then your rapid fire is worthless since it's a hard cap.
But if you decide to keep going AS/AP i would recommend to change the skill order to not skilling up rapid fire at all since both your e and your w have decent AP scaling
