Nice. Your build seems very complete and thorough. Maybe, you could give other POSSIBLE rune choices in your "Runes" section, it's just your Cheat Sheet will show your preferred runes.
Though, I would think, since Fizz is an AP carry, SorcShoes would be more beneficial in the long run, considering you're getting a Nashor's Tooth.

Personally, I would say you should take out the RoA and put in Rab's and Lick Bane first. Those two items will help you shred the enemy team really fast. Having these 2 fantastic items last means, you probably won't get to them! I think you can rely on Rylai's for survivability instead of the RoA on a champion such as Fizz. I would put Rab's and Lich somewhere next Nashor's Tooth. Maybe, go Sheen-Rab's-Nashor's-LichBane?

In addition, I think you're missing one fantastic item, and that's Abyssal Scepter. Since you're the kind of AP that jumps in their faces, the aura would be very beneficial, unless someone else on your team is getting it, but it's a really good item that will help a lot.

"The only CC skill, *** the Waters does not knock up enemies instantly." This is a funny typo, but you might want to fix it.
"The Swift Trickster" is at the top, isn't it "The Tidal Trickster"?

Hmm, to be honest, Urchin Strike is a really odd skill since, as you stated, it goes a FIXED DISTANCE. So, having an explanation of how to use this skill properly is also a good idea. Maybe add some videos to explain your point.
